Living in Burningtree
Burningtree is a well-established golf-course community on Decatur's south side, built around the Burningtree Country Club. It's popular with buyers who want a country-club lifestyle at a more accessible price point than comparable Huntsville addresses — mature trees, golf-course-front lots, and a quiet, established feel. The value proposition here is strong: more course-front home for the dollar than almost anywhere else in the Tennessee Valley.
As a professional real estate consultant based in Huntsville, Clyent Myrie knowsBurningtree block by block — the streets that hold value, the homes that show well, and the price points that make sense for buyers and sellers right now.
